Want to learn more about the Peoria Home Project? Peoria Home is a 501(c)3 nonprofit two year residential recovery home for women who have escaped prostitution and sex trafficking. Help us grow a commuinity of hope, love and healing.
Join us as we share the Peoria Home Project and learn why women escaping life on the streets need long term housing and a complement of services to heal. We will share the model of care we have adopted from a highly successful program originating in Nashville, TN. Given the right opportunities these women can reclaim their lives. How can you help? We will share various ways you can volunteer with Peoria Home; learn about our community education program and our Drop-In site. Refreshments provided. Have questions, please contact Norene Laggart @ 360-421-3386.
If you are interested volunteering with Peoria Home please join us at our next volunteer orientation and training event. Volunteers are a key component of our program in a wide variety of areas including: house/grounds maintenance, life skills, transportation, administrative tasks, website and media upkeep, event planning and many others. Contact us at email@example.com for more information on how you can be a part of our community!
